We offer in‑person 4 to 8 week yoga programs through the year—small, trauma‑informed cohorts that focus on predictable sequencing, breath‑with‑movement skills, and practical home toolkits delivered by email.
We run monthly sound healing sessions—live, restorative gatherings that use gentle sound immersion to support deep down‑regulation and group connection.
One-to-one Private Reiki and/or Sound sessions are available to book. A gentle, restorative space to settle your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
These one‑to‑one sessions offer a calm, supportive space for you to reconnect with your body through gentle stretching, functional movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, energy, and capacity on the day.

Angela Black is a trauma-informed experienced yoga teacher & sound facilitator and yoga therapist in training, based in Perth, Western Australia. She specializes in integrative programs for women navigating hormonal transitions (peri-menopause and menopause), women affected by cancer, chronic illness, and emotional healing.
Rooted in scientific research and soulful care, each session is designed to support emotional safety, physical resilience, and inner healing—meeting you exactly where you are, with compassion and grace.

Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all. These classes are gentle, adaptive, and trauma-sensitive. You’ll be guided with care, and every movement is optional. Whether you're brand new or returning to practice, you're warmly welcome.
Can I access classes on-demand?
Yes. Our growing library of on-demand sessions allows you to practice anytime, at your own pace. Perfect for busy schedules or days when you need extra rest.
How do I join online classes?
All classes are live-streamed via Zoom. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a link to join from wherever you are—no commute, just connection.
What if I have a chronic illness or mobility limitations?
Our classes are thoughtfully adapted for physical safety and emotional comfort. You’re encouraged to move in ways that feel right for you, and props or modifications are always offered.
Is there a membership or pass option?
